Meet our athletic director

TOMMY AMOROSO

Coach Amoroso brings extensive experience in education and athletics, having served in a variety of school leadership roles in both public and private settings. He has coached football, lacrosse, and track, providing a broad perspective on student-athlete development.

He is a Certified Master Athletic Administrator (CMAA) through the NIAAA and holds advanced degrees in physical education, health, school and district administration, and Biblical studies/divinity. He also holds Georgia Leadership certification and is an American Heart CPR/AED/First Aid Instructor. His professional involvement includes service on the Georgia Athletic Directors Association (GADA) Board of Directors, as well as instruction in athletic leadership courses for organizations including the NIAAA, GADA, and GIAA.

His leadership in athletics is grounded in service, faith, and a commitment to developing programs that support both coaches and student-athletes.

Homeschool athletes

Central Christian School is proud to partner with homeschool families by offering eligible homeschool students the opportunity to participate in our athletic programs.

Homeschool students may try out for CCS athletic teams. Participation is based on team needs, skill level, and successful completion of the tryout process.
